All three of our daughters happened to be in the city at the same time — a rare alignment — so naturally, we made the most of it. We brunched at The Refinery Rooftop, and it was exactly the kind of place the occasion called for: stunning views of the Empire State Building, beautiful surroundings, great food, and even better company.
