About
Although Phil just recently obtained his Virginia real estate salesperson license, he is not new to real estate. Specifically, as a practicing title attorney, Phil has processed and closed well over 500 DMV-area real estate transactions and refinances over the last five years. This experience has given him a firsthand look at the array of issues that can arise and all of the things a good agent can do to resolve and/or avoid these issues altogether. This combination of a legal and title background is unusual for real estate agents and makes Phil uniquely qualified to assist and advise his clients through the entire buying/selling process. Phil also owns several investment properties, which has given him additional exposure to residential leases, landlord-tenant law, and home repair.
When not enjoying the company of his wife, two young kids (4 and 2yo), and goldendoodle, Phil can be found watching his favorite sports teams, playing rec-league softball, and golfing.
Whether it be a tricky negotiation, a legal dispute with a neighbor, refinancing your home, or questions about title insurance, Phil is happy to speak to you about all things real estate.
